摘要
本文在回顾国外经典创新范式的基础上,结合以腾讯为代表的新兴互联网企业的创新实践,提出"微创新"这一基于中国情境的全新的创新范式。微创新是在中国快速变化、充满不确定性的移动互联网时代背景下产生的,是组织应对不确定性竞争环境和获取竞争优势的竞争策略和战略选择。本文阐述了微创新产生的时代背景、内涵和特征,并对未来研究进行展望。
Based on the review of the overseas classic innovation paradigms,this paper,in combination with the innovation practices of emerging internet enterprises represented by Tencent,brings up the term "micro-innovation",a brand new paradigm in Chinese context.In the fast-paced mobile internet era with a myriad of uncertainties in China,micro-innovation has become the competitive strategy and strategic choice for enterprises to confront competitive environment and obtain competitive advantage.This paper focuses on the times background,implication and features of micro-innovation and looks into the future research.
