摘要
用固相反应法及Nd~(3+)掺杂制备了(1-x)(Ca_(0.61)Nd_(0.26))TiO3-x(Li_(1/2)Sm_(1/2))TiO_3(x=0.4-0.7)材料,其介电常数εr高于120且品质因数在3254 GHz(1.5 GHz)以上,谐振频率温度系数可降低至9.1 ppm/℃,该材料可用于制造GPS及北斗导航系统天线。
The(1-x)(Ca_(0.61) Nd_(0.26))TiO_3-x(Li_(1/2) Sm_(1/2))TiO_3(x = 0.4-0.7) microwave dielectric ceramics have been prepared by solid-state reaction and Nd~(3+) doping, with the dielectric constant higher than 120, the quality factor above 3254 GHz(1.5 GHz) and the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency reduced to 9.1 ppm/°C, which can be used to manufacture antennas for GPS and BeiDou navigation system.
