摘要
近年来,关于红细胞比容与心血管系统疾病,尤其是与冠心病之间的相关性引起诸多关注。临床研究结论不尽相同,有学者认为红细胞比容与冠心病风险呈正相关,甚至红细胞比容可能成为冠心病新的危险因素和预测因子。也有学者认为两者呈负相关或者非线性关系,甚至并无明显相关性。中医对于两者的相关性研究主要集中在部分中药可以降低患者的红细胞比容,从而降低血黏度和血栓风险,两者的确切相关性及机制目前尚未统一。
        In recent years, there has been much concern about the correlation between hematocrit and cardiovascular diseases, especially coronary heart disease. However, the conclusions of the study are not the same. Some scholars believe that hematocrit is positively correlated with the risk of coronary heart disease, and hematocrit may become a new risk factor and predictor of coronary heart disease. Another scholars hold that they are negatively correlated or nonlinear, and there is no obvious correlation. The TCM research on the correlation between the two is mainly focused on that some Chinese medicines can reduce the hematocrit of patients, thereby reducing blood viscosity and thrombosis risk. The exact correlation and mechanism of the two have not been unified yet.
