团体心理干预新入职护士后情绪管理的效果研究

摘要
目的探究新入职护士采用团体心理干预模式对其情绪管理的影响及效果。方法选择2016年7月—2018年7月我院新入职护士54名作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将其分为实验组与参照组,每组均27名。其中,参照组采用常规护士心理干预模式,实验组实施团体心理干预模式,对比两组护士情绪管理相关评分及干预前后留职意愿问卷评分。结果实验组心理干预后留职意愿问卷评分高于参照组,实验组紧张情绪、抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪、担忧情绪评分低于参照组,实验组的自我效能感评分高于参照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论团体心理干预能够提高新入职护士情绪管理水平。
        Objective To explore the effect of group psychological intervention on emotional management of new nurses. Methods 54 newly recruited nurses from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as subjects.Random number table method was used to divide them into experimental group and reference group, with 27 nurses in each group. The reference group adopted the routine psychological intervention model of nurses.The group psychological intervention model was implemented in the experimental group. The scores of emotional management and retention intention questionnaire before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of retention intention questionnaire in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after psychological intervention. The scores of nervousness, depression, anxiety and anxiety in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group. The self-efficacy score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Group psychological intervention can improve the emotional management level of new nurses.
