大学生负性情绪调节效力的差异:心理素质与性别的作用

摘要
负性情绪调节能力的高低影响个体的社会适应和心理健康。为探索心理素质和性别对大学生负性情绪调节能力的影响,本研究采用情绪反应性-调节范式,考察不同心理素质和性别大学生运用认知重评策略调节负性情绪的效力差异。结果发现:低心理素质组大学生的负性情绪反应性显著高于高心理素质组,高心理素质组大学生的负性情绪调节效力显著好于低心理素质组;女大学生的负性情绪反应性显著高于男大学生,男女大学生在负性情绪调节效力上没有显著差异。心理素质和性别在负性情绪调节效力上的交互效应不显著。
