树脂矿物床身模态参数辨识

摘要
为了研究树脂矿物铸件的动态性能,以便将其应用于精密和超精密机床支承件的制造中,采用锤击激励法,对某机床厂国家数控机床重大专项产品的高速数控车床树脂矿物斜床身进行模态试验,通过Polyreference时域法(PTD)对其模态参数进行辨识,获得该床身前7阶模态频率、阻尼与振型,并与解析值进行了对比。试验结果表明,树脂矿物铸件具有刚性强、阻尼高的特性。
        In order to study the dynamic performance of the mineral casting,so that it can be applied in the manufacture of precision and ultra-precision machine tool support parts,the hammering excitation technique is adopted to carry out the modal test of mineral casting CNC lathe bed of an important project product of the national NC muchine tool produced by some machine-tool plant.Polyreference time domain(PTD) method is used to identity its modal parameters to obtain the first 7-order modal frequency,damping and vibrating patterns of the bed,and the contrast is made with analytical values.The testing results show that the mineral casting is of strong rigidity and high damping characteristics.
