摘要

随着当前教育改革的进一步深化,高效辅导员思想政治教育工作的开展就要及时转变方向,从整体上提高思政教育工作的实效性,只有从这些基础层面得到了强化,才能有助于促进学生良好发展。该文先就高校辅导员思政教育工作的挑战以及影响因素进行分析,然后就辅导员思政教育工作的现状和提高实效性的策略实施详细探究,希冀能借此理论研究,为实际思政教育工作的良好开展打下坚实基础。
        With the further deepening of the current education reform, the development of the ideological and political education of high-efficiency counselors should change its direction in time, and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education as a whole. Only by strengthening these basic levels can we help promote the good development of students. This paper first analyses the challenges and influencing factors of the ideological and political education of college counselors, and then explores the current situation of the ideological and political education of college counselors and the strategies to improve the effectiveness of the implementation in detail, hoping to use this theoretical research to lay a solid foundation for the good development of the actual ideological and political education.
