促进中职学生全面成长的多元评价策略——以学前教育专业为例

摘要
影响学生成长的因素很多,在职中学前教育专业学生学习过程中,可通过制定职业院校学前教育专业学生评价策略,聚焦核心素养,实施多元评价,促进职教学生全面成长;同时也可促进有关职业院校深化学前教育专业教育教学改革创新,紧紧围绕专业建设发展目标,与幼儿园共同开发和制定专业人才培养方案,形成"提升学生专业广度、应用强度、文化深度和内涵高度"的"四维培养模式",共同促进学生全面成长。
        There are many factors affecting the growth of students. In the process of preschool education students' learning, we can promote the overall growth of vocational students by formulating evaluation strategies, focusing on core competence and implementing multiple evaluation. At the same time, we can also promote relevant vocational colleges to deepen the reform and innovation of preschool education teaching and closely focus on professional construction. The goal of development is to develop and formulate professional training programs with kindergartens, to form a "four-dimensional training mode" of "promoting students' professional breadth, application intensity, cultural depth and connotation" and to promote students' overall growth.
