全面依法治国与高校思修课改革——以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义政法思想的融入为视角

摘要
习近平新时代中国特色社会主义政法思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是新时代下实现全面依法治国的根本遵循思想和行动指南。将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义政法思想融入高校思政课教育中,是实现思想政治理论课改革创新的应有之义。该思想的融入集中体现在《思想道德修养与法律基础》课中,无论是从教学理念、教学内容还是教学方法上,都需要思政课教师不断探寻融入的途径,以回应思政课全面贯彻党的教育方针,解决好培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人这一根本问题。
Socialist political and legal thought with Chinese characteristics in Xi Jinping's new era is an important part of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and is the fundamental guide to follow the thought and action to realize the rule of law in an all-round way in the new era.It is necessary to integrate Xi Jinping's thought of socialist politics with Chinese characteristics into the education of colleges and universities in the course of ideological and political science.The integration of this thought is embodied in the course of ideological and moral cultivation and legal foundation.Political teachers need constantly explore the way of integration from the teaching idea,teaching content and teaching methods,in response to the political course to fully implement CPC educational policy,to solve the fundamental problem of"who to cultivate,how to cultivate,and for whom to cultivate".
