加速康复外科在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用进展
摘要
加速康复外科(ERAS)通过围术期的一系列最优化处理措施,减轻患者对手术的应激反应,从而减少患者的住院时间及住院费用。ERAS在腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用可以明显促进患者术后康复。这些围术期处理措施在不断变化,现对腹腔镜胆囊切除术中ERAS处理措施的最新研究进展综述如下。
