摘要
针对飞行器级间分离过程分离体受到耦合的多重不确定因素影响,导致分离仿真失真问题,将"有偏差无余量"的不确定性分析方法应用于仿真过程。首先,采用基于约束力方程的分离过程动力学方程来分析复杂受力条件下分离体的相对运动;其次,给出不确定性分析方法,开发了分离过程六自由度仿真分析软件,针对典型算例,利用ADAMS商业软件对分离仿真软件分析结果进行了校验,取得了一致的结果;最后,考虑各种偏差干扰,采用不确定性分析方法开展分离过程蒙特卡洛仿真,给出分离后飞行器状态的统计分析。结果表明,所提方法不仅为分离方案设计提供支撑,而且可降低不必要的系统余量,提高了飞行器总体设计水平。
        To solve the problem that stage separation of aircraft was influenced by multiple coupling uncertainties, which would result in the distortion of simulation. Uncertainty-analysis method was used based on "deviation allowance, margin free" during simulation process. Firstly, this paper derived dynamic equation based on the constraint force equation(CFE) to analyze relative motion of separation bodies during stage-separation processing. Then, uncertainty-analysis method was given, the 6 DOF simulation analysis software was developed. For typical example, commercial software ADAMS was used to verify analysis results of the 6 DOF simulation software, and the consistent results had been obtained. Finally, deviation factors were considered, uncertainty-analysis method was used in Monte Carlo simulation of stage separation process. Statistical analysis of aircraft status after separation was given. The results indicate that this method can not only support the design of separation scheme, but also reduce the unnecessary system margin and improve the general design level of aircraft.
