摘要
介绍380t舵叶安装平台的总体设计方案,以及液压系统、顶升装置和电控系统的设计方法。采用有限元分析软件PATRAN对平台结构进行分析和优化。针对操作过程中可能存在的安全隐患,设计一套先进合理的安全防护机制。通过对大型液压工作平台进行研制,掌握此类工装设备的设计和制造技术,提高我国智能化造船的水平。
This paper introduces the design methods of general planning, hydraulic system, jacking device and electrical control system for a 380t rudder blade installation platform. The finite element analysis software PATRAN is used for structural analysis and optimization of the platform, and a set of advanced security protection mechanism is designed to prevent the potential hazard in the operation. The design and manufacturing techniques are mastered during the development of large hydraulic tooling equipment, which may contribute to the improvement of intelligent shipbuilding in China.
