情景模拟培训结合视听法在急诊科护士耳温仪规范化培训中的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨情景模拟培训结合视听法运用于急诊科护士耳温仪规范化培训中的临床价值。方法选取2018年3月我院急诊科的30名护士作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各15名。对照组护士采用传统培训方法,通过理论知识授课、操作技能培训等方式集中对急诊科护士进行培训,研究组采用情景模拟培训结合视听法进行规范化培训。分析对比两组护士的耳温仪知识知晓率、技能考核操作合格率,并比较两组护士的教学考核结果。结果研究组的耳温仪知识知晓率(100.00%)、技能考核操作合格率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%、66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士的理论成绩、技能考核成绩、分析问题能力、应急处理能力等评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将情景模拟培训结合视听法运用于急诊科护士耳温仪规范化培训中效果显著,可进一步提高耳温仪规范化培训水平,提高急诊护士整体综合素质,具备临床实施意义与应用价值。
        Objective To discuss the clinical value of scenario simulation training plus audio-visual approach in the standardized training on the ear thermometer. Methods A total of 30 nurses in the emergency room of our hospital on March, 2018 were selected as the subjects, and randomly assigned to two groups, with 15 cases each group. The control group was treated with the conventional training mode on the theoretical knowledge and operating skills. The study group was treated with the scenario simulation training plus audio-visual approach. The nurses′ awareness rate on the ear thermometer knowledge and pass rate of skill operation examinations as well as teaching results were compared.Results The nurses′ related knowledge awareness rate and examination pass rate in the study group was 100.00% and93.33%, which was significantly higher than those in the control group(73.33%, 66.67%), the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of theoretical knowledge, skill operation, problem analysis ability and emergency processing ability in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The scenario simulation training plus audio-visual approach can remarkably improve the standardized training levels and the nurses′ comprehensive quality. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
