摘要
[目的]研究轮叶党参种子最适宜的萌发条件。[方法]通过不同赤霉素浓度和变温光照条件下对轮叶党参种子进行处理。[结果]在18~25℃变温条件下,用300 mg/L赤霉素浓度处理轮叶党参种子,发芽率最高。在25℃、24 h黑暗条件下,用300~500 mg/L赤霉素浓度处理轮叶党参种子,发芽率最高。[结论]该研究为轮叶党参大面积人工种植提供可能。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the most suitable germination conditions for Codonopsis lanceolata seeds.[Method]The Codonopsis lanceolata seeds were treated under different gibberellin concentrations and variable temperature illumination conditions.[Result]The seed germination of Codonopsis lanceolata with 300 mg/L gibberellin concentration at 18-25 ℃ was the highest. The seeds of Codonopsis pilosula were treated with the concentration of 300-500 mg/L gibberellin at 25 ℃ and 24 h dark conditions, and the germination rate was the highest.[Conclusion]This study provides the possibility of large-scale artificial planting of Codonopsis lanceolata.
