摘要
基于航空开关磁阻起动/发电系统的研究背景,其高度的非线性和严苛的性能需求对控制器的控制性能提出了很高的要求。为保证系统的鲁棒性,这里将协同控制方法引入该系统,分析了系统重要的性能指标,设计了相应的流形,实现了开关磁阻电机(SRM)的协同控制,并对系统在该控制器下的起动、抗干扰、转速、位置跟随性能进行了验证。仿真和实验结果表明,该系统起动无超调,响应速度快,稳态误差小,对外部负载扰动和给定转速变化均具有较强的鲁棒性和适应性。与传统的比例积分微分(PID)控制器相比,协同控制下系统具有较小的转矩脉动和更好的动、静态性能,能够适应航空产业的需求。
        Based on the research background of aerial switched reluctance integrated starter/generator system, its high non-linearity and harsh performance requirements ask for high performance demand of controller.To ensure the robustness of the system, synergetic control method is proposed, the important performance index is analyzed, corresponding manifold is designed, and the synergetic control of switched reluctance motor(SRM) is accomplished.The simulation and experimental results show that the system starts without overshoot, responses fast and has small steady-state error.It has strong robustness and adaptability to external load disturbance and given speed change.Compared with the traditional proportion integration differentiation(PID) controller, system using synergetic controller has smaller torque ripple and better dynamic and static performance.
