摘要
目的探讨T2mapping成像技术及T2值在膝关节髌软骨损伤诊断中的价值。方法收集接受磁共振及关节镜检查的患者40名,男性26例,女性14例,年龄28~53岁,平均年龄39. 8岁,男性12例,女性12例。利用飞利浦1. 5T MRI对40名患者及24名健康志愿者进行MRI检查,扫描序列有:T2mapping、FS-FSE-PDWI,将所得数据传输到工作站,进行图像后处理,得到40例疑及软骨损伤患者的T2mapping伪彩图,诊断软骨损伤程度,测量感兴趣区的T2值。结果40例膝关节疑及髌软骨损伤,T2mapping伪彩图与关节镜诊断一致的Ⅰ级损伤的髌软骨平均T2值为42. 016±5. 108,Ⅱ级软骨损伤的髌软骨平均T2值为55. 629±5. 084,Ⅲ级损伤的髌软骨平均T2值为64. 469±3. 325。髌软骨的T2值随着损伤的级别升高而升高(P<0. 05)。结论损伤的髌软骨的T2值随损伤的级别升高而增加,证实T2值可以用于评估软骨损伤分级。
        Objective To study T2 mapping imaging technology and the T2 value in the diagnosis of patella cartilage injury of knee joint. Methods 40 Patients were selected to receive both MRI and arthroscopy examination,including 26 males and 14 females,aged from 28 to 53 years and with a mean age of 39. 8 years. These 40 patients and 24 healthy volunteers( 12 males and 12 females)underwent MRI examination with Philips 1. 5 MRI under the scan sequence of T2 mapping and FS-FSE-PDWI. The results were transmitted to the workstation,and after image postprocessing,40 T2 mapping pseudo-color images of patella cartilage injury were collected. The degree of cartilage injury was diagnosed and T2 values of the interested areas were measured. Results As were shown in T2 mapping pseudo-color images in accordance with the diagnosis of arthroscopy examination,the average T2 value of gradeⅠpatellar cartilage injury was 42. 016±5. 108; that of gradeⅡwas 55. 629±5. 084,and that of grade Ⅲ was 64. 469±3. 325. The T2 value increased with the aggravation of patellar cartilage injury( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The T2 value of the injured patella cartilage increased with the increase of damage level,and it is confirmed that T2 value can be used to evaluate the grading of cartilage injury.
