预立医疗指示的实施现状分析

摘要
总结归纳预立医疗指示的实施现状和实施的法制基础,分析民众对预立医疗指示的认识和预立医疗指示实施过程中面临的问题,为预立医疗指示的推广应用和进一步研究提供参考。
This article summarized the implementation status quo and legal foundation of the advanced medical directives,analyzed the public′s understanding and the problems faced in the implementation of the advanced medical directives,in order to provide the reference for the promotion and application of the advanced medical directive and further research.
