上颌前牙两种氧化锆全冠的临床效果评价

摘要
目的 通过上颌前牙两种氧化锆全冠的临床效果比较,探讨UPCERA TT氧化锆材料的临床应用前景。方法 比较分析北京市海淀医院口腔科修复的85颗上颌前牙全冠,其中41颗采用UPCERA TT氧化锆无饰瓷全冠,44颗为传统氧化锆内冠加饰面瓷全冠。使用改良美国公共健康协会修订标准(USPHS)分别在修复即刻以及修复后12个月、24个月、36个月进行随访和修复体评价,并对牙周情况进行检查,综合比较两种氧化锆全冠的修复效果。结果 根据改良USPHS评价标准,各复查时间对2组修复体A级评价百分比都>80%,A级+B级评价和为100%,牙周情况复查比较,2组各评价指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在上颌前牙的全冠修复中可以根据实际情况,选择无饰瓷的TT氧化锆全冠作为临床方案之一,但其长期效果仍需进一步观察。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of two kinds of zirconia complete crown on upper mandible anterior teeth,and to explore the clinical application prospect of UPCERA TT zirconia material.Methods A total of 85 complete crowns on upper mandible anterior teeth that were repaired in department of stomatology of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,41 teeth were UPCERA TT zirconia complete crowns without ornament porcelain,and 44 teeth were traditional crowns with core zirconia and ornament porcelain.The patients were followed up immediately after the repairing,and at 12 m,24 m and 36 m after repairing,moreover, the evaluation of dental prosthetic restoration was peroformed according to the modified American Public Health Association revised standards(USPHS),and the periodontal conditions were examined to compare the repairing effects of the two methods.Results According to the modified USPHS evaluation criteria,the percentage of dental prosthetic restoration grade A was more than 80% in both methods,which grade A+B was 100% in different time points.There were no significant differences in the evaluation indexes between the two repairing methods(P>0.05).Conclusion In clinical application,the TT zirconia crown without ornament can be used as one of the options for clinical remediation according to actual conditions,however, its long-term effects still need to be observed further.
