现代供应链体系视域下的我国经济高质量发展机理研究

摘要
现代供应链体系是我国现代化经济体系的重要组成部分,适应了新时代我国经济由高速增长阶段向高质量发展阶段转变的大势,是我国经济转型升级和高质量发展的必由之路。现代供应链体系由供应链战略、供应链服务、供应链管理、供应链创新和供应链减排五大要素构成。其中,供应链服务是支撑、供应链管理是关键、供应链创新是重点、供应链减排是约束,以上四项共同服务于供应链战略这个核心。结合马克思主义政治经济学理论,经济高质量发展的内涵主要包括发展动力、发展结构以及发展效率三个维度。现代供应链体系的核心价值是促进经济高质量发展,其通过供应链体系要素的配置与输出作用于产业融合发展、共享经济、绿色经济、创新驱动发展以及营商环境改善等方面,进而优化发展动力、发展结构以及发展效率,最终实现经济高质量发展。
Modern supply chain system is an important part of China's modern economy system,which adapts to the trend of China's economy changing from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development in the new era. It is the only way for China's economic trans-formation and high-quality upgrading development. Modern supply chain system consists of five aspects : supply chain strategy,supply chain service,supply chain management,supply chain innovation and supply chain emission reduction. Among them,supply chain service is the support;supply chain management is the crux; supply chain innovation is the key; and supply chain emission reduction is the constraint. The above four el-ements serve the core of supply chain strategy. Combined with the theory of Marxist political economics,the connotation of high-quality development of economy mainly includes three dimensions: development power,development structure and development efficiency. The core value of the modern supply chain system is to promote high-quality development of economy. It affects integrated industrial development,sharing economy,green economy,innovation-driven development and improvement of business environment through allocating and exporting the elements of the supply chain system. Consequently,the motive force of development,the structure of development and the efficiency of development are optimized,and the highquality development of economy is achieved.
