家人关怀对骨折患者自我管理行为的影响

摘要
目的探讨家人关怀对骨折患者自我管理行为的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年7月我院收治的骨折患者98例,依据家人关怀指数量表评分分为A组、B组和C组,比较三组患者的家人关怀水平、自我管理行为水平及患者对家人关怀的满意程度。结果 A组、B组、C组患者的家人帮助、与家人交流、家人支持、家人情感表达和家人陪伴评分依次降低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05); A组、B组、C组患者的状态管理、管理行为、限制行为、心理行为及自我管理行为总分依次降低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05); A组、B组、C组三组患者对家人关怀的满意程度比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论家人关怀能够提高骨折患者的自我管理行为水平,临床上应重视对骨折患者家人关怀程度的评估,并对患者家属进行针对性的指导。
Objective To explore the effect of family care on self-management behavior of fractured patients. Methods To select 98 cases of fracture patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 as study subjects,and they were divided into group A,group B and group C according to the scores of family care index. The family care level,self-management behavior level,and the patient's satisfaction with family care of the three groups were compared. Results The scores of family members' help,family communication,family support,emotional expression and family companion in group A,group B,and group C decreased in turn,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The total scores of status management,management behavior,restrictive behavior,psychological behavior and self-management behavior of the patients in group A,group B,and group C decreased in turn,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There was statistical significance in the differences of patients' satisfaction degree towards family care among group A,group B and group C( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Family care can improve the self-management behavior of patients with fractures.Attentions should be paid to the evaluation of family care level of patients with fractures,thus targeted guidance can be given to family members.
