摘要
东刘家金矿矿体多为脉状或透镜状,矿体形态复杂,矿脉中穿插脉岩废石层,采用常规回采工艺会造成严重的矿石贫化。针对厚度为1~1.5 m,中间有厚度不小于0.8 m废石夹层的矿体,实施了人工垫层分采分爆房柱采矿法。通过控制爆破方案,实现了矿废分采分出。经技术经济对比分析,采用人工垫层分采分爆房柱采矿法回采缓倾斜薄矿体,采场生产能力45 t/d,采矿损失率为3.56%,矿石贫化率为6.12%,与传统采矿方法相比,矿山每年可多获得经济效益234万元。
The orebody of Dongliujia Gold Mine is mostly in veins or lens. The morphology is complex with barren layers intersecting mineralized veins,making severe loss when traditional extraction technology is applied. The paper employs room and pillar mining with artificial separation carpet and separated extraction and blasting to extract the orebody with thickness between 1 m and 1. 5 m and the barren layers not thinner than 0. 8 m. Through controlled blasting scheme,separated extraction of ores and barren rocks is achieved. The results of technical and economic analysis show that when the room and pillar mining with artificial separation carpet and separated extraction and blasting is used to extract moderately inclined thin orebody,the stope productivity is 45 t/d,mining loss rate 3. 56 % and ore dilution rate 6. 12 %. Compared to traditional mining method,the mine can earn 2 340 000 yuan more annually.
