蒲地蓝治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察蒲地蓝治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法:将糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者80例按照随机数字表法分为2组各40例,对照组使用他克莫司软膏每日3餐后及睡前使用无菌棉签涂抹于患处;观察组在对照组基础上使用蒲地蓝消炎口服液每日3餐后及睡前含漱5分钟后咽下,用药后30分钟内禁饮禁食。2组均连续治疗1个月为1个疗程。比较2组干预前后疼痛症状变化情况、体液免疫变化情况及2组临床疗效。结果:干预后2组疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组Ig M、Ig G及Ig A水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组好转率为97.5%,高于对照组的75.0%(χ2=6.746,P=0.009)。结论:蒲地蓝消炎液局部应用后含漱能有效缓解糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者疼痛,改善机体免疫力,进而提高临床治疗效果。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of PuDiLan in treating erosive oral lichen planus. Methods:Eighty patients were assigned to two groups according to random number table method, 40 cases each group, the patients in the control group were daubed with tacrolimus ointment onto the affected part after three meals each day and before sleep using sterile cotton buds, while the observation group gargled with PuDiLan anti-inflammation oral liquid after three meals each day and before sleep for five ninutes and then swallowed, and the patients could not eat or drink within 30 minutes after the medication. Both groups were treated for one consecutive month as one course.Clinical effects of both groups were observed, and the changes of humoral immunity and the pain were compared before and after the intervention. Results: After the intervention, VAS scores of both groups were lower than these before the intervention(P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05); after the intervention, the levels of Ig M, Ig G and Ig A of the observation group were higher than these of the control group(P <0.05), the improvement rate of the observation group was 97.5%, higher than 75.0% of the control group( χ2=6.746, P=0.009). Conclusion: Gargling with PuDiLan anti-inflammation oral liquid could effectively mitigate the pain of the patients, improve body immunity, thus to raise clinical therapeutic effects.
