糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者EBi3、IL-12p35的表达及临床意义

摘要
目的探讨糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者EB病毒诱导基因3(EBi3)及IL-12p35的表达及临床意义。方法方便选取2016年1月—2018年2月该院收治的口腔扁平苔藓患者56例作为研究组,选取同期健康体检者60名作为对照组,采取免疫组织化学法检测其EBi3及IL-12p35阳性的表达情况,分析EBi3及IL-12p35与糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者临床病理特征的关系。结果研究组EBi3、IL-12p35阳性表达率分别为60.71%、41.07%,均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EBi3及IL-12p35蛋白表达与口腔扁平苔藓患者临床分型有关(χ~2=32.323,13.333,P<0.05),与年龄、性别、病程无关(P>0.05)。结论口腔扁平苔藓病损组织中EBi3、IL-12p35表达上调,其与口腔扁平苔藓患者临床分型有关,提示EBi3、IL-12p35可能在口腔扁平苔藓病损形成中发挥着重要作用。
        Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Epstein-Barr virus-induced gene 3(EBi3 and IL-12 p35 in patients with erosive oral lichen planus. Methods A total of 56 patients with oral lichen planus admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were convenient selected enrolled as the study group. 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect EBi3 and IL-12 p35 positive. The relationship between EBi3 and IL-12 p35 and clinicopathological features of erosive oral lichen planus was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of EBi3 and IL-12 p35 in the study group were 60.71% and 41.07%, respectively, which were higher than the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The expression of EBi3 and IL-12 p35 protein and oral lichen planus patients clinical classification was related(χ~2=32.323, 13.333, P<0.05), and was not related to age, gender and duration(P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of EBi3 and IL-12 p35 is up-regulated in the lesions of oral lichen planus, which is related to the clinical classification of oral lichen planus, suggesting that EBi3 and IL-12 p35 may play an important role in the formation of oral lichen planus lesions.
