纠正性训练对武警特战队员身体功能性动作质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨8周的纠正性训练对武警特战队员功能性动作质量的影响。方法随机抽取武警某连队84名特战队员,将其分为对照组(41名)和试验组(43名)。在训练干预前进行功能性动作筛查,对得分数据进行分析,对照组和试验组都按照军事大纲的训练要求进行训练,根据试验组得分情况设计8周的纠正性训练计划,在日常的军事体能训练中,将纠正性训练计划安排到训练后的再生与恢复部分。比较两组功能性动作筛查(functional movement screen,FMS)得分。结果经过8周的有效干预,对照组训练后的躯干稳定俯卧撑动作评分显著高于训练前(P<0.05)。试验组训练后的FMS总分、直线弓箭步、主动直腿上抬、躯干稳定俯卧撑等动作评分均高于训练前(P<0.05或P<0.01)。试验组FMS总分变化幅度(2.75±3.73)明显高于对照组(0.86±1.92),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在训练前进行功能性动作筛查,并针对出现的情况进行纠正性训练,能够提高特战队员的灵活性、稳定性及身体的控制能力。
        Objective To observe the effect of eight weeks' corrective training on the score of functional movement screen of special soldiers of the Armed Police. Methods Eighty-four male special officers and soldiers of the Armed Police were randomly selected and divided into the control group( n = 41) and experimental group( n = 43). Prior to training interventions,functional movement screen was conducted before the score data was analyzed. The control group and experimental group underwent routine military physical training according to the syllabus for military training. But according to the scores of corrective training in experimental group,an 8 weeks' corrective training program was designed that was to be used in the regeneration and recovery section of routine military physical training. Results After 8 weeks of effective intervention,the push-up score in the control group was significantly higher( P <0. 05). After the corrective training program,the total FMS score and the movement score of the lunge,straight leg raise and push-up in the experimental group were significantly higher( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). The range of change of the total FMS score in the experimental group was significantly larger than that of the control group( 2. 75 ± 3. 73 vs 0. 86 ± 1. 92,P < 0. 05). Conclusions The functional movement screen and corrective training can effectively improve the flexibility,reliability and physical control of special soldiers of the Armed Police.
