摘要

以我国注册建造师执业资格考试为主要研究对象,阐明了此项考试的实际情况和发展历程,分析了其现行管理模式中存在的不足之处,提出了具体的应对解决方案,希望能够促进建造师执业资格制度乃至我国建筑行业的健康发展。
        This paper is mainly about practice qualification examination for registered constructor. Through introduction of the development course and current situation of the examination, the deficiencies of its current administration mode are thoroughly analyzed. In order to promote the healthy development of practice qualification system of registered constructor, which is the fundamental part of the construction industry in our country, this paper puts forward a few customized solutions.
