扩径温度对CuAlBe管接头相变滞后和扩径率的影响

摘要
用水平热型连铸工艺制备了具有轴向排列柱状晶组织的CuAlBe管接头,研究了扩径温度对合金管接头相变滞后和扩径率的影响。结果表明:在低于M_s温度,扩径率最大为9.3%,随着温度升高到M_s~A_s和高于A_s扩径率逐渐降低。随着扩径率的增加,A_s和A_f升高,M_s变化不大,M_f则稍微降低;在最大扩径率为9.3%时,相变滞后达74℃。扩径率的增加还使回弹率升高而回复率下降。管接头具有良好的气密性和耐压性,连接管的极限耐压达18.6MPa。
        CuAlBe pipe joints with axial aligned columnar crystals were prepared by the horizontal heated mold continuous casting process.The effects of expansion temperature on the phase transformation hysteresis and expansion rate were studies.The results show that the maximum expansion rate is 9.3%at temperature lower than M_s.The expansion rate decreases with the expansion temperature increasing to A_s-M_s and above A,.With the increase of expansion rate,A,and A_f increase,M_s does not change basically,while M_f decreases slightly.Phase transformation hysteresis reaches to 74℃ at maximum expansion rate of 9.3%.The increase of expansion rate also results in the increase of elastic strain and decrease of recovery rate.The pipe joints exhibit good sealing performance and resistance to pressure.The limit pressure of the connecting pipe is 18.6 MPa.
