摘要
采用指数函数■拟合双层辉光离子金属中Cr的入曲线,利用其反函数■计算积分■,并用公式■计算扩散系数。文中给出了Cr扩散系数与浓度的关系。结果表明:本文给出的计算扩散系数的方法简便、准确。(公式中C_0、A_1、T_1为待定常数;C、C_1为Cr成分;x为距离;t为等温扩散时间)
        The exponential function■ was used to fit the Cr permeating curve during double glow plasma surface alloying. The integral ■ was calculated from its inverse function ■. The diffusion coefficient was determined by using the formula ■. Thelationship between Cr diffusion coefficient and its concentration was obtained. The results show that the computing method for the diffusion coefficient is simple and accurate.(In the above equations: C_0,A_1,and T_1 are undetermined constants; C and C_1 are Cr concentration; x is distance; t is isothermal diffusion time)
