湖南省承接产业转移问题研究

摘要
在经济新常态的政策框架之下,承接产业转移作为产业结构调整的主要实现形式,已经成为湖南省快速发展的着力点。但在中部地区,由于资源要素在很多方面都存在同质性,因此在承接产业转移的过程中,湖南省将面临着同湖北、江西、安徽等其他5个省份强有力的竞争。如何才能在激烈的竞争中发挥自身优势、弥补自身不足,并采取切实有效的措施来承接国内外的产业转移,是当前湖南省需要关注的重点问题。从湖南省承接产业转移的SWTO分析出发,具体分析湖南省承接产业转移的现状及存在的问题,最后提出切实可行的对策建议。
Under the policy framework of economic new normal,as the main form of industrial structure adjustment,undertaking industrial transfer has become the focus of rapid development in Hunan Province. But in the central region,because the resources are homogeneous in many aspects,so in the process of undertaking industrial transfer,Hunan province will face the five provinces challenges and competition in strong,as Hubei,Jiangxi,Anhui and so on. The current focus of attention in Hunan Province is how to play its own advantages in the fierce competition and make up for their shortcomings,and take effective measures to undertake domestic and foreign industry transfer. This author intends to analyze the SWTO of Hunan 's undertaking industrial transfer,specific analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the current stage in Hunan's undertaking industrial transfer,and finally puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.
