摘要
对砒砂岩的颗粒、结构、物理及几何组成进行了研究,重点研究了砒砂岩的水蚀溃散机理及过程,分析了影响砒砂岩吸水膨胀和胶结稳定的主要因素,在此基础上构建了砒砂岩的膨胀–胶结二元力学模型。研究结果表明,砒砂岩的组成可划分为颗粒物、胶结物和填充物3部分,砒砂岩的溃散主要是胶结物难以约束填充物中的黏土矿物吸水膨胀导致的,控制砒砂岩溃散需从控制填充物的吸水膨胀和增强胶结物的胶结能力着手。基于砒砂岩溃散和抑制机理的研究,提出了砒砂岩膨胀溃散的改性方案。
In this paper,the particle size,structure,physical and geometric constitute of Pisha sandstone were studied. The swelling mechanism and collapse process in water of Pisha sandstone were analyzed,and it analyzed the key influence factors on the swelling and cementation of Pisha sandstone,and the swelling-cementation two binary of Pisha sandstone based on the studies was established. The results show that the physics constitute of Pisha sandstone can be divided into three categories,such as coarse particulate matter,cement and filler matter; the effect of swelling of filler matter stronger than cementation is the main reason of Pisha sandstone collapse after immersed in water. In order to control the collapse of Pisha sandstone,the filler matter swell should be reduced and the cementing properties should be enhanced. Based on the studied results of the swelling collapse and inhibit mechanism of Pisha sandstone,the modification scheme of Pisha sandstone was given.
