低热值煤综合利用发电节能技术的应用研究——以永陇矿区低热值煤发电项目为例

摘要
介绍了低热值煤综合利用发电产业发展现状,以永陇矿区某低热值煤综合利用发电项目为例,针对某设计院设计中采取的节能措施,提出更进一步的节能措施优化建议。从提高锅炉效率、降低汽轮机热耗率、降低厂用电率等方面提出了措施及建议,并对节能效果就行了分析计算。通过发电项目热经济性指标分析,发电标准煤耗从299.8 g/kWh降为293.1 g/kWh,降低了6.7 g/kWh;供电标煤耗从322.4 g/kWh降为314.4 g/kWh,降低了8 g/kWh;厂用电率从7%降为6.78%(含脱硫),降低了0.22%,节能效果显著。最后对煤矸石发电项目节能审查阶段的节能效益进行预测,以期为同类发电项目在节能方面提供借鉴。
        The author summarized low calorific value coal comprehensive utilization development status of power generation industry, took a low calorific value coal comprehensive utilization power generation project in Yonglong mining area as an example, put forward further energy saving measures, provided measures and suggestions of improving boiler efficiency and reducing heat consumption rate of steam turbines and auxiliary power consumption rate, and analyzed and calculated the energy-saving effect. According to the analysis of thermal economy index of power generation project, the standard coal consumption of power generation reduced from 299.8 g/kWh to 293.1 g/kWh with a reduction of 6.7 g/kWh, the coal consumption standard of power supply reduced from 322.4 g/kWh to 314.4 g/kWh with a reduction of 8 g/kWh, the power consumption of power plant reduced from 7% to 6.78%(including desulfurization) with a reduction of 0.22%, and the energy saving effect was remarkable. The energy saving benefits of low calorific value coal power generation project in the energy saving review stage were predicted which provided referential significance for the similar coal power generation projects.
