摘要
在社会经济的迅速发展背景下,企业之间的竞争关系更加突出,对企业管理水平提出了更高要求。而工程管理培训作为现代企业管理工作的重要组成部分,是提高员工素质,形成企业文化的重要途径,充分发挥工商管理培训在企业整体管理中的作用,能够有效提高企业管理水平,为企业的长远发展提供有利支持。鉴于此,本文就针对企业整体管理发展中工商管理培训的作用进行分析,并结合实际情况提出一些具体措施,希望能为工商管理培训在企业整体管理中的应用提供有效参考依据。
        Under the background of rapid development of social economy, the competitive relationship between enterprises is more prominent and higher requirements are put forward for the management level of enterprises. As an important part of modern enterprise management, engineering management training is an important way to improve the quality of employees and form corporate culture. Giving full play to the role of business management training in the overall management of enterprises can effectively improve the management level of enterprises and provide favorable support for the long-term development of enterprises. In view of this, this paper analyzes the role of business management training in the development of enterprise overall management and puts forward some specific measures based on the actual situation, in the hope of providing an effective reference basis for the application of business management training in enterprise overall management.
