摘要

目的分析护理风险管理在肿瘤内科患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取在2016年1月—2018年10月期间该院肿瘤内科收治的126例恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组(n=63)、对照组(n=63),分别采取护理风险管理、常规护理,比较两组护理风险事件发生情况。结果观察组患者护理风险事件发生率9.52%低于对照组的25.40%,护理后睡眠质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在肿瘤内科患者护理管理中的应用,可减少护理风险事件发生,临床价值高。
        Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in the nursing management of patients with cancer internal medicine. Methods A total of 126 patients with malignant tumors admitted to our department of oncology from January 2016 to October 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation group(n =63) and control group(n=63), respectively adopted risk management and routine care, compare the occurrence of two groups of nursing risk events. Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 9.52% lower than that in the control group(25.40%). The quality of sleep after nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the nursing management of patients with oncology can reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events and has high clinical value.
