摘要

文章主要从传统与现代医学角度,分析抽动障碍与睡眠障碍之间的相互关系及相关病机,进而阐述调肝对抽动障碍与睡眠障碍的病理调节及其在治疗中的重要作用,并细述依此思路对抽动障碍伴睡眠障碍的中医辨证论治。
        The article mainly from the perspective of tradition and modern medicine, analyzes the relationship between tourette disorder and sleep disorder and the pathogenesis, further clarifies that Liver-regulating is important to regulate the pathological regulation and treatment of tic disorder and sleep disorder, describes my mentor's TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disorder with sleep disorder, according to the above ideas.
