摘要
通过有限元仿真分析预测预拉力对"T"型材构件多点柔性成形的回弹变形规律,并通过试验进一步验证了有限元模拟结果,本文回弹预测方法有效地缩短了实际生产调试时间,降低了生产成本。有限元模拟和试验结果表明:回弹量与弯曲变形量成正比,与预拉力成反比。
        In this paper,Finite Element(FE)simulation software is used to study the springback deformation curve in the case of pretension on the "T"profile in the flexible multi-point forming process.Then experiments are conducted and results confirm that the FE simulation can predict the trend of springback in the three-dimensional profile bending process.Therefore,FE simulation can save the production time and reducing experimental cost effectively.Simulation and experimental results show that the amount of the springback is proportional to the amount of bending deformation and inversely proportional to the pretension.
