摘要

介绍了汽车行业外购件质量管理的数字化转型,通过外购件数字化战略推进供应商质量管理模式数字化转型,并在系统集成,数据结构化,应用智能化,可视化等方面实现了突破,提升外购件质量管理全流程的效率。本文的一些管理方式和理念对相关行业的供应商质量管理提升及数字化转型有一定的指导和参考意义。
        This paper introduces the digital transformation in quality management in automotive industry, promotes the digital transformation of supplier quality management mode through the digital strategy, and achieves breakthroughs in system integration, data structuralization, application intelligence and visualization, so as to improve the efficiency of the whole process of quality management of purchased parts. Some of the management methods and concepts in this paper have certain guidance and reference for the improvement of supplier quality management and digital transformation in the related industries.
