应用型大学教师职业发展研究

摘要
社会对实践应用型人才的需求越来越旺盛,但是对实践应用型人才的要求也越来越高,为了满足社会主义市场经济的人才需求,需要应用型大学以服务行业、企业为宗旨,培养出更多的应用型专业人才,在培养实践应用型人才的过程中,需要应用型大学教师发挥重要的作用,建立与应用型大学相匹配的教师职业发展规划,促进应用型大学萙教师专业素养的提升,促进教学质量和水平的提高,推动应用型大学教师职业生涯的进一步发展。
The social demand for practical and applied talents is more and more vigorous, but the demand for practical and applied talents is also higher and higher. In order to meet the demand for talents in the socialist market economy, applicationoriented universities need to cultivate more applied professionals for the purpose of service industry and enterprises. In the process of training practical and applied talents, application-oriented university teachers need to play an important role. To play an important role, we should establish a teacher career development plan that matches the application-oriented university, promote the improvement of teachers' professional quality, promote the improvement of teaching quality and level, and promote the further development of teachers' career in the application-oriented university.
