摘要
考察了汽车座椅用高回弹聚氨酯泡沫的主要原料和助剂对其撕裂强度的影响。结果表明,聚合物多元醇用量和异氰酸酯指数越大,泡沫的撕裂强度越高;采用二异丙醇胺(DIPA)和三异丙醇胺(TIPA)作交联剂所制备的高回弹聚氨酯泡沫撕裂强度较好,二乙醇胺(DEOA)和三乙醇胺(TEOA)次之;使用的泡沫稳定剂活性越低,泡孔越粗大,泡沫的撕裂强度越高;开孔剂和催化剂对泡沫的撕裂强度影响较小。
        The effects of the main raw materials and additives on the tear strength of high resilience polyurethane foams for vehicle seat were investigated in detail. The results showed that the tear strength of the foam would increase when the amount of polymer polyol and the isocyanate index in the formulation increased. The tear strength of high resilience polyurethane foam which was prepared by crosslinkers DIPA or TIPA was higher than that crosslinked by DEOA and TEOA. The tear strength was higher when the foam stabilizer active was lower and cell was larger. The cell openers and catalysts had less effect on the tear strength of the foam.
