摘要
随着帘线钢强度级别的提高,以及直接拉拔工艺的变化,因钛夹杂造成的拉拔断丝现象明显增加,对于超高强度级别的过共析帘线钢而言,尺寸大于4.0μm的钛夹杂就会显著增加钢丝的断丝次数。随着钢质量的提高,对降低钢中钛含量提出了更高的要求,帘线钢要求钛含量小于20×10~(-6)或更低。研究了帘线钢中Ti去除热力学,在炼钢厂开展了低钛帘线钢的生产试验。试验表明,通过铁水扒渣、降低铁水和废钢Ti含量、使用低钛合金、优化转炉操作、减少出钢下渣、洗钢包等措施,在炼钢厂实现了[Ti]≤20×10~(-6)的低钛帘线钢的批量生产。
        With the improvement of tire cord steel strength level, and the change of straight drawing process, the drawing wire break phenomenon caused by titanium inclusion increases significantly. As for the hypereutectoid tire cord steel with ultra-high strength, the number of wire breakage increases significantly when the size of titanium inclusion is larger than 4.0 μm. With the improvement of steel quality, higher demand for reducing the titanium content in steel should be satisfied. For cord steel, the titanium content should be no more than 20 ×10~(-6). The formation thermodynamics of the existed TiN inclusion in cord steel were studied. The industrial trials of lowTi cord steel were carried out in a steel plant. The results showed that batch production of cord steel with no more than 20 ×10~(-6) titanium content can be realized by controlling in steel technological measures such as using low-Ti molten iron and low-titanium alloy, optimizing converter tapping process and controlling slag amount in converter, etc.
