摘要
通过生料组分、原料品种、生料配方、水泥SO3及比表面积的优化试验,最终确定生产优质中热硅酸盐水泥的最佳原料品种为石灰石、高硅砂岩、铝矿废石、铜矿渣和白云石,熟料三率值控制在KH=0.870±0.02、n=2.50±0.10、P=0.80±0.10较佳,水泥比表面积控制目标为(310±10)m2/kg,SO3控制指标为(2.20±0.30)%,Mg O含量控制为(4.50±0.30)%。
The optimum scheme of raw meal components, raw materials varieties, raw materials proportioning, content of SO3 and specific surface area of moderate heat Portland cement were obtained through optimization test. The optimum raw materials varieties were limestone, high silica-content sandstone, aluminum ore waste rock, copper slag, and dolomite. The suitable clinker modulus were KH =0.870 ±0.02, n =2.50 ±0.10, P =0.80 ±0.10. The control index of specific surface area of cement was(310±10)m2/kg, the SO3 content in cement was(2.20±0.30)%, and the control index of Mg O content in cement was(4.50±0.30)%.
