摘要
基于对普通片剂药瓶研究,旨在设计一款新型片剂药瓶,解决老年人取药时药片多拿、少拿、掉落及药品掉落后污染问题。通过发放问卷,调查人们对目前使用的片剂药瓶满意度及对能准确出药的片剂药瓶需求情况;设计模拟实验,检测落地后药片表面细菌的污染程度;通过对普通片剂药瓶与现有新型药瓶分析,设计能准确出药的新型片剂药瓶。人们对于目前市面在售的片剂药瓶的满意度不高,对能准确出药的新型片剂药瓶有一定需求;药片落地后会沾上大量细菌,并且药片的直径越大,掉落时间越长,药片表面细菌会增加;在原有药瓶的基础上,对药瓶瓶口进行了改良,在瓶口处连接一可收缩膨大装置,通过挤压方式出药。
        The work aims to design a new type of tablet bottle based on the study of ordinary tablet medicine bottles to solve the problem of overdose, less take and the pollution of medicines after landing when taking medicine.Through questionnaires, people were surveyed about the satisfaction of the currently used tablet bottles and the demand for tablet bottles that can facilitate the withdrawal of drugs at a fixed dose. Designning experiments to detect the degree of bacterial contamination on the surface of the tablets after landing; Analysis the common medicines bottles and the existing medicines bottles to design a new tablet bottle that can facilitate the withdrawal of drugs at a fixed dose.People’s satisfaction with the tablet medicine bottles currently on the market is not high, there is a certain demand for new tablet medicine bottles that can facilitate the withdrawal of drugs at a fixed dose; The tablets will be stained with a lot of bacteria after landing. With the larger the diameter of the tablets and the the longer falling time, the bacteria on the surface of the tablet will increase; The bottle’ s mouth is improved based on the original medicine bottle. A shrinkable expansion device is connected at the mouth of the bottle and the medicine is taken out by extrusion.
