摘要
将SketchUp和BIM结合,利用SketchUp二次开发的绘制插件和5D插件,构建了化工标准设备参数化三维信息模型库。利用插件功能建立了快速三维制图的方法,实现了以三维方式绘制化工工艺流程及过程分析。将其应用于以2,5-二甲基呋喃为原料生产对二甲苯项目的工艺流程图绘制,提高了设计的速度及准确性,工艺过程实现了流程图的可视化及信息化,同时具有协调性、模拟性、优化性等优点。证明了SketchUp在化工工艺流程上应用的可行性。
A three-dimensional information database for the standard equipment in chemical engineering was fabricated by the combination of SketchUp and BIM, which utilized the drawing and 5 D plug-in information developed on the exploitation of SketchUp. A speedy painting method was developed using the plug-in, which realized 3 D drawing the flow chart for chemical engineering and analysis of the processes. This method was applied to drawing the flow charts of producing p-xylene from 2,5-dimethylfuran, which improved the speed and the accuracy of design. The visualization and informatization of the flow charts were enabled with the advantages of coordination, simulation and optimization. The feasibility of the application of SketchUp in chemical engineering process was proved.
