摘要
高频变压器作为隔离型开关电源的主要磁性元件之一,是制约功率变换器提高功率和减小体积的关键因素。为提高开关电源变压器环节的整体性能,对高频变压器的四种复合联接方式,即串-串联、并-并联、串-并联和并-串联的电气特性进行对比研究与仿真验证。给出四种复合方式等效电路,并讨论了不同联接方式的优缺点及应用场合,最后对比分析了串-并联复合方式下两种全波整流连接方式的均流效果。
As one of the main magnetic components of the isolated switching power supply, the high-frequency transformer is a key restriction of power increase and volume reduction of the power converter. To improve the overall performance of the transformer link in the switching power supply, a comparative study and simulation verification were carried out on the electrical characteristics of four compound connection methods of the high-frequency transformer, namely, series-series, parallel-parallel, series-parallel and parallel-series. Equivalent circuits for these four composite methods were given, and the advantages and disadvantages of different connection methods and their applications occasions were discussed. Finally, current equalization effects of two full-wave rectification connections in the series-parallel hybrid mode were compared and analyzed.
