汽源内切换状态下流动诱导的汽轮机振动特性数值模拟

摘要
针对工业给水泵汽轮机汽源内切换状态下,周向非均匀蒸汽引起机组振动问题,应用ABAQUS软件进行了数值模拟。采用模态瞬态动力学分析方法,得到了转子系统的主要模态,对比了在不同调节方式、运行工况下调节级动叶及转子系统的瞬态响应。计算结果表明:调节方式与运行工况对调节级动叶的响应频率影响较小,且主要表现为低频响应;相比于低压蒸汽单独进汽VWO工况、低压蒸汽单独进汽30%THA工况和高低压蒸汽混合进汽30%THA工况,高低压混合进汽VWO工况三个方向振幅均最大;调节级轮盘受整圈调节级叶片气流力作用时,调节级轮盘与转轴的X向(轴向)响应频率不同,Y、Z方向的振动响应曲线基本相同;同一调节方式下,VWO工况监测点Y向振动峰值是30%THA工况的3. 7~3. 8倍。
        Aiming at the problem of flow introduced turbine vibration in the internal switching state of steam supply,the numerical simulation was carried out by ABAQUS software. The modal transient dynamic analysis method was adopted.The main modes of rotor system were obtained. And the transient response of the governing stage blade and rotor system under different regulating modes and operating conditions was compared. Results showed that regulation modes and operation conditions had little influence on the response frequency of the governing stage blade,and the main performance was low frequency response. Compared with the low-pressure inlet steam VWO condition,the low-pressure inlet steam 30% THA condition and the mixed inlet steam of high-pressure and low-pressure 30% THA condition,the maximum amplitude of three directions was the highest in the mixed inlet steam of high-pressure and low-pressure VWO condition. When the disc of governing stage was excited by the air flow force,The X( axial) response frequency of the disk and the shaft was different,while the vibration response curves of the Y and Z directions are basically the same. Under the same regulation mode,the peak value of Y direction vibration of the monitoring point under the VWO condition is 3. 7 ~ 3. 8 times of the 30% THA working condition.
