摘要

目的探讨0.5g/次、0.1g/次左氧氟沙星治疗淋病合并非淋菌性尿道炎的有效性及安全性。方法选取我院2017年3月至2018年3月68例淋病合并非淋菌性尿道炎患者,根据随时数表法分为A组34例(给予0.5g/次左氧氟沙星治疗)与B组34例(给予0.1g/次左氧氟沙星治疗),对比临床治疗效果及安全性。结果 A组治疗治愈率、病原菌清除率、治疗有效率均显著高于B组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无意义(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星治疗淋病合并非淋菌性尿道炎的疗效确切,在各条件相同情况下,给予患者0.5g/次左氧氟沙星治疗具有更好的治疗效果,且用药安全性与0.1g/次左氧氟沙星治疗相同。
        Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of levofloxacin at doses of 0.5 g/time and 0.1 g/time in the treatment of gonorrhea complicated with non-gonococcal urethritis. Methods 68 cases of gonorrhea complicated with non-gonococcal urethritis who were treated in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected for study. They were divided into two groups according to random number table method: group A(n=34,treated with levofloxacin at a dose of 0.5 g/time) and group B(n=34, treated with levofloxacin at a dose of 0.1 g/time).The clinical treatment effects and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate, clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria and treatment effective rate of the patients in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05). The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05) according to the comparison. Conclusion Levofloxacin is effective in the treatment of gonorrhea with nongonococcal urethritis. Under the same conditions, levofloxacin at a dose of 0.5 g/time enjoys a better treatment effects and the same safety compared with levofloxacin at a dose of 0.1 g/time levofloxacin.
