摘要
农村学校教师管理制度对农村学校的正常运行与发展具有非常重要的作用。运用问卷法和访谈法,对教师视角下的农村学校教师管理制度进行研究,发现农村学校教师管理制度的现状与存在的问题,提出改革和完善学校教师管理制度的一些意见与建议:农村学校应重视教师岗位管理制度的建立;农村学校要改革和完善教师管理的考评与奖惩制度;制定教师管理制度要充分体现教师主体地位。
The teacher management system in rural schools plays an important role in the normal operation and development of rural schools. Using the method of questionnaire and interview,This paper studies the rural school teachers management system from the perspective of teachers,clarifies the current situation and problems of teachers management system of rural schools,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions to reform and improve the teacher management system: rural schools should attach importance to the establishment of the teachers post management system; reform and improve the evaluation and reward and punishment system of teachers management; the establishment of teachers management system should fully reflect the importance of teachers' status.
