散状物料含水率-粉尘量关系测试实验研究

摘要
有效控制散料的含水率可以在源头减少或避免粉尘的产生。本文通过实验进行了含水率—粉尘量关系的测试实验研究;利用恒温恒湿实验室,经过制样、试样含水率测试、试样粉尘量测试三个实验环节,给出了试样含水率与粉尘童测试的相关实验数据;采用数据处理软件绘制了试样含水率与粉尘量关系折线图,再对实验数据进行回归分析,得到可视化拟合曲线图和回归方程。
        Effectively controlling the moisture content of bulk materials can reduce or avoid the dust generation. In this paper, the experimental study on the relationship between moisture and dust rate was carried out. By using the constant temperature and constant humidity laboratory, the experimental data of the test of moisture content and dust amount of sample was given through three experimental stages, which were sample preparation, sample test of moisture content and sample test of dust amount. The plot line between moisture content and dust amount is drew by using data processing software. And then regression analysis of experimental data is carried out to get visual fitting curve and regression equation.
