托槽在数字化牙颌模型上位置与间接粘结转移后实际位置的一致性研究

摘要
目的本研究比较托槽在数字化牙颌模型上的位置与转移至初始石膏模型上的位置的差异,以期为数字化托槽间接粘结位置的一致性提供实验依据。方法选取在含牙根的数字化牙颌模型上进行托槽定位的15个数字化模型,通过间接粘结转移托盘将托槽转移至初始石膏模型上,用Ortho Rx软件工具测量每个托槽在数字化牙颌模型上的位置与初始石膏模型上位置的线距差。结果所有牙位托槽在数字化牙颌模型上的位置与初始石膏模型上位置的线距差值均小于检验值0.20 mm,与检验值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论托槽在数字化牙颌模型上的位置与初始石膏模型上位置具有一致性。
        Objective To provide the experimental basis for the coherence of the indirect bond position by comparing the position of the bracket on the digital occlusal model and the position of the transfer to the initial plaster model.Methods Fifteen digitized models were selected for the brackets on the dental denture model,the brackets were transferred to the initial plaster model by indirect bond transfer trays,The line distance between each bracket position in digital dental model and initial plaster model was measured with Ortho Rx software. Results The difference between the position of the orthodontic brackets and the position of the initial plaster model was less than 0.20 mm,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The position of the bracket on the digital occlusal model is consistent with that of the original plaster model,which provides a theoretical basis for digital indirect bonding.
