摘要
为了确保铸坯生产工艺和质量完全满足要求,对?500 mm断面结晶器冷却水流量、不同钢种用二冷配水表、结晶器液压振动曲线、电磁搅拌技术及铸坯拉速控制等进行分析,研究出?500 mm断面连铸工艺,成功生产出了质量合格的大圆坯。
In order to ensure bloom process and quality to fully meet the requirements, analysis was carried out on mould cooling water flow rate, secondary cooling water recipe for different steel grades,the oscillation curve of hydraulic mould oscillator, EMS technique and casting speed control for ?500mm sectioned bloom. The casting process for ?500 mm sectioned bloom was developed and quality bloom was produced successfully.
