关于跨境电商校企合作人才培养模式的几点思考

摘要
近年来,随着我国跨境电商的迅猛发展,企业对跨境电商从业人员的需求也呈急剧增长态势。各大院校在加大相关人才培养的同时也更加注重优化完善校企合作模式,希望通过优化整合高校与企业的资源,培养出更符合市场需求的跨境电商人才。针对目前高校跨境电商校企合作人才培养模式中普遍存在的培养目标不精准、课程体系太滞后、教学样式不丰富、师资力量跟不上等问题,可采取协同制定人才培养方案、共同拓展实训操作平台、合作培养"双师型"师资队伍等方案,不断优化调整学校和企业的优势资源,深度融合协作,以培养出更多适合跨境电商行业发展需求的优质人才。
In recent years,with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in China,the demand of cross-border e-commerce practitioners has also increased dramatically.With the increase of relevant talents training,universities and colleges have also paid more attention to optimize and perfect the school-enterprise cooperation model.It is hoped that by optimizing the integration of resources of universities and enterprises,we will have more talents of cross-border e-commerce who are more adapted with the market demand.In this paper,we will discuss the problems in the talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation of Cross-border e-commerce,for example:the training objectives is inaccurate,the curriculum system is backward,the teaching style is not plentiful,the teacher's ability is insufficient,and so on.The paper also gives some suggestions,such as collaborative draft of the talent training programs,joint expansion of the training operation platform and the joint work to train the "double-skilled" faculty.
