摘要
为了降低矿井末采期"U"型通风工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度,提高回采工作面的抽采效率,以矿井15#煤层1306末采阶段工作面的高位钻孔为研究对象,理论计算了影响高位钻孔抽采的关键工艺参数,分别从高位钻孔的有效长度及其利用率、钻场合理间距和数量等方面对高位钻孔的工艺参数进行分析计算;利用COMSOL软件数值模拟了抽采时间和抽采负压对高位钻孔抽采效果的影响,最终对高位钻孔参数进行了优化。现场实践表明,末采阶段XV1306回采工作面高位钻孔和钻场经过优化后,U型通风采煤工作面的瓦斯抽采效率和能力得到提高,上隅角的瓦斯浓度有所降低,现场瓦斯治理效果显著,从而保障了工作面的安全高效回采。
        In order to reduce the upper corner gas concentration of U-type ventilation working surface in the end mining period and improve the extraction efficiency of the mining face,the high-level drilling of 1306 end-mining face of 15#coal seam is taken as the research object. The key process parameters affecting high-level drilling and drainage are calculated. The process parameters of high-level drilling are analyzed and calculated from the effective length of high-level drilling and its utilization,reasonable spacing and quantity of drilling sites,and the COMSOL software is used. The effects of extraction time and suction negative pressure on the extraction performance of high-level drilling are simulated,and the high-level drilling parameters are finally optimized. Field practice shows that after the high drilling and drilling filed optimization in the 1306 end mining face,the gas extraction efficiency and capacity of the U-type ventilation coal face are improved,the gas concentration of the upper corner is reduced,and the field gas control effect is remarkable,thus the safe and efficient mining of work surface is ensured.
